Delivery Terms

1. Delivery methods
The goods are delivered by the carriers selected during the ordering process. The available delivery options and their prices are displayed before the order is completed.
Delivery options may vary depending on the type of product, availability, and delivery location.
2. Delivery times
The stated delivery times are indicative only.
The exact delivery date depends on:
– product availability,
– the selected delivery method,
– the carrier’s capacity and the current logistics situation.
Delivery may be affected by increased demand, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, carrier overload).
3. Receipt of goods
Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer is obliged to:
– check the integrity of the packaging,
– check the condition of the goods,
– report any damage immediately to the carrier and to us.
If the shipment is visibly damaged, we recommend not accepting it and requesting a damage report from the carrier.
4. Transfer of risk and ownership
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon receipt of the shipment from the carrier.
Ownership of the goods passes to the customer only after full payment of the purchase price.
5. Non-delivery of the shipment
If:
– the shipment is not accepted,
– the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it,
additional shipping costs may be charged.
If the issue is caused by our error, it will be resolved individually with the customer.
6. International delivery
We also deliver to selected EU countries.
The shipping price, available delivery methods, and any restrictions are displayed in the shopping cart before checkout.
For orders outside the EU, the customer may be charged by the carrier for:
– customs duties,
– VAT,
– other fees according to local regulations.
These charges are not included in the order price.
7. Delivery delay
If we are unable to meet the delivery time, we will inform the customer immediately by e-mail.
In such a case, the buyer is entitled to:
– agree to an extension of the delivery time, or
– withdraw from the contract with respect to the undelivered goods.
