Perfect descent in all snow conditions. This is the ambition behind the new addition to our ski alpine collection. The Beat 87 is aimed at ski mountaineers who prefer faster and more difficult downhill rides, but at the same time want to maintain a reasonably light ski for ascents.
The stiffer torsion of the Beat 87 skis has only a slight effect on the overall weight. With a length of 167 centimeters and a width of 87 millimeters, they managed to achieve an excellent value of 1,209 grams. The Beat 87 has a wood core made of paulownia, the sandwich also contains fiberglass, carbon reinforcements and a titanium plate as a support for attaching bindings. The sidewalls are made of ABS plastic.
The Beat 87 is available in a yellow and black color scheme. When it comes to graphics, it clearly belongs to the Beat family of alpine skis. The curves on the left ski represent the path up or a heartbeat. The straight line on the right ski represents carefree, freedom and pure adrenaline that can be experienced on the subsequent descent.
